My experiance was bad this time

Robertson Chapel sweet rose is my favourite so I went to buy a bottle today 1.5 litre and discovered that is has an unusual taste and something like powered at the bottom inside and it makes some kind of foam when I shake it. I bought it at Shoprite and the code in the bottle says L GLA14619
