Jesus turns wine into water!

On the 16 February 2015 I purchased a box of three litres of Robertson Smooth Red box wine at Super Spar Knowles in Pinetown. On arriving home I decided to have a glass of wine with dinner only to discover that the box of wine was in fact a box of water. The box was sealed and I opened the box myself only to discover that there was no wine in the box at all. I felt as if I was attending some biblical event where the wine had been turned into water rather than the other way around as the story dictates. While this may be humorous to some, I am most infuriated by the experience as water is considerably cheaper than wine, and I have no need to be purchasing water disguised as wine. On checking the box, I was alarmed to discover that there is no product information on the box that I purchased like manufacturers address and the likes. I did phone Knowles and I was put through a string of different people and while holding was able to hear the conversation going on in the background, somehow the question was asked as if they could see through a telephone in any case, what race I was. I could not see how an unhappy customer regardless of race should be subjected to this kind of reception.
