Dissapointed service

I placed and paid for an order of Fat ******* wines on 18 February. Order #FB60. They keep misleading me about delivery. Keeps on saying delivery will take place "today". The lady I speak to on email is not helpfull at all. To date and time 16:40, I have not received my order despite their committment. S vd M
