Really bad Service in the Country Side

Robertson Valley Technologies Our business was with RVTech but we recently changed because our site was hacked 8 times in 2 months and each time Theronda and her team work on the site and it clears-up and charges us with only a few days passing then we get hacked again. The first time Theronda was oversees and we could not get hold of her and had to phone around to get hold of her to help us this took 2 days. This has led to embarrassment on our side as client wanted to book and buy wine and they were directed to **** and other sites. Also loss of business and our website was also blocked on all our social media. Theronda and her team then presented us with option for them to monitor our site for an extra cost per month which we did not take as I felt it was their priority to make sure our site was safe. When our site was hacked again in January we decided to move our hosting to another company ( We have not been hacked once since we moved). Theronda allowed the transfer but did not send us all the info for the back-end of our website. When we contacted her last week to get that info she ignored our emails and WhatsApp’s. Today when I finally got hold of her by phoning from a number she did not know she told me she did not keep clients info past a month once you leave her services. We are now locked out of our own website. Thus I just want to warn anyone that they should not do business with Theronda from RVTech.
