Worse hotel ever

This is not a hotel... There is constantly a problem with hot water. They keep switching the gas off so you don't have hot water to bath to get to work. During the day, there is no running water and the receptionist keeps blaming Rand water. Poor building maintenance. There is huge roaches all over. There is literally problems every single day here.
