Nothing works bad service

First time booking :( Fridge wasn't working,Phone lines faulty and bedside lamps. Receptionist didn't make me pay full and told me to top up. She later calls keeping in mind that the phone lines are faulty and demands that i come pay fast because she is leaving and there is no one working night shift. when it was time to leave we got stucked in the room. called reception struggling to get through because there was no tone and then rings but no answer. This happened for a while until we used bank cards to get out. We were then told by the security that he heard the phone but couldn't answer because it is locked up in the office. Called to complain and get told that Vinolia would return my call but still today i called for her and no feedback
