Worst accommodation ever!!

Robert wasn't there to book us in. The lady that book us in took us to one of the rooms. The room wasn't clean, unwelcome smell, bathroom was so dirty and the shower was disgusting there was hair and mould,The fridge was dirty, there was **** infront of our sliding door to the outside. When we phoned Robert he said he wil let them clean it. We had a long drive to Paarl and we would like some privacy when we arrive. We dont want cleaners in our room to suddenly clean everything after a complaint. The room should have been guest friendly when guests arrive. Robert was so rude to us we have all the proof on whatsapp. He said on a voice message 'white people like you i dont want in my place anyway' ....after the review on his page, Robert comment on it and said that we are ****** after he played that card? We've also book online the time that we will check in, he denied that as well. We didnt get an indication what number room we should book in, now he turn it to us and say we shouldve knew we were in the wrong room. No respect for his clients!!
