No service

I received one years free subscription to Roberts online when I purchased Roberts vII multimedia but after registering , their website does not allow me to sign in. I have logged numerous calls to their technical support but have not heard anything from them which is very disappointing. 6 months have passed on my year free subscription which makes me think it was a bit of ambush marketing
