******** - Watch out!

I have ordered lights from Robert Thompson's so called designer lights on the 28th of May 2015. Since we were charged for outlying area delivery and were told delivery can take 6 - 10 days. I started with inquiries this week from Monday, Wednesday and 2 times Thursday (am & pm) asking where my lights are, having to give my details every time, and still up to today, Friday, NO ONE has contacted me back with any details as to where my lights are. These have been purchased, paid and reflected in their account 22 days ago. (16 Working days)<br> <br> I wish I read the previous complaint about these people, as I would never have bought anything from them. I further have no other option than to believe they are ********! Taking your money with prompt reply to purchase queries, and there after fall off the earth! Disgusting to say the least!!!
