No response on order paid in full

We placed an order last year for a upcoming project and paid in full as instructed. We have been trying to make contact with Robert Thomson, Charlotte Ashton and Lara Thomson but seems the business is gone. The website is no longer there, Facebook page no longer there either, emails and calls are not answered.. Seems to be a common thread but hoping this can be resolved..
