Glossy Site, Shabby Service
I have an Italian friend who has asked for my assistance in getting information about an order that she placed on 21 April. Numerous calls, emails and promises later the order has still not arrived. Robert himself is away and has left two ladies who clearly have no handle on what is happening in the business and no desire to sort anything out. <br> AS a South African I am absolutely mortified that my friend has had such bad service. <br> I don't have confidence that this will bring any better information, but post this so that no one else gets duped into purchasing from this company. Avoid at all costs.

We can confirm that this order was delivered. It was delayed on the part of the courier and apologise sincerely for this. We dispatch over 10 orders a day and have been doing so for 11 years. Sometime the ball is dropped and are constantly putting systems in place to improve our service to you our valued client. Our apologies again

To all potential buyers - if you look at the delay between me lodging the complaint on HelloPeter after repeated emails and calls to the company. You only need look at the delay between the dat I lodged the review and the date that they answered and that will give you a clue. Indeed the delivery was made - MONTHS after the order was fully paid and not without much frustration and calling and emailing. Be warned. If possible dont pay all until delivered - it may 'inspire' them to deliver.
