Faulty chair delivered, 5 months to replace

I had a high-back Eames copy office chair delivered in mid-December, and it's taken to 13 May (so close on 5 months) to get them to replace it. I had to send SO many emails and make numerous calls, and ended up sending a letter of demand in preparation for taking them to the small claims court. Robert Thomson was apologetic a number of times, made promises to amend that he didn't keep, and I had to keep at it for 5 months to get a replacement. I wouldn't recommend buying from that website (my folks had a similar problem with their order, but not as bad.)
