Disgusting Attitude

We placed an order with this company. <br> They could not deliver on time and would do nothing to help us out so we were forced to cancel the order. <br> When I requested a refund, Robert told us we could only get our money back at month end to which we accepted. I called again at month end to ask what was happening and again we were told it will be done. A month has passed and we are still waiting to get our money back. <br> When we indicated that this would force us to not use them again the owner himself, Robert, rep**** to say that we must please never spec there products again (in a very sarcastic tone)<br> So yes their attitude is disgusting and I do not recommend them to anyone in the design industry.
