Complete lack of service.
On the 11th Dec we ordered some bar stools as a Christmas gift for our children. 5 - 7 day delivery.<br> They confirmed delivery for the 24th Dec, we confirmed that it was acceptable as long as they arrive in time for Christmas. Today is 31st Dec and guess what, NO SIGN OF THE CHAIRS, or a word from the company. No reply from the customer care number!!! All attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. I am in the UK and wanted a wonderful surprise for my son in his new home on Christmas Day and the company was aware of this.

We are very sorry for the delay in this delivery. We can confirm that you did receive delivery straight ofter the couriers reopened after the Christmas break. They were flooded with work at the end of the year.
