Wait 3 months for action and refund

<p>This company is a joke. The receptionist is new, and after 3 months still does not know what is going on in the business. The owner is just a useless, as he promised to sort out a problem and yet nothing happened. I paid for goods October 2016, phoned weeks after to say I have not received anything yet, receptionist said she would phone me back and fix problem. few weeks later I phoned again, same story. Refund agreed to mid December, waited until 5 January 2017 for something to be sent through. Should one claim interest, take them to the Ombudsman or just take Legal action. Stay away!!!!!</p>
