<p>Online shopping is supposed to be quick and easy. The Robert Thomson Website lacks information or options.</p> <p>Order #45854 of R19 686 for the Steenberg Oak chaise payed for on 31-10-16 was paid in full online.</p> <p>The website had no indication of a lead time before or after the purchase or no cancellation options. I had to phone the offices the following day to confirm this. I was told that the delivery date would be much later than what my interior design client is willing to wait for so I requested a cancellation- both telephonically and on e-mail. This was confirmed by Robert in a personal phone call to me a week later after a couple of follow up calls to his offices.</p> <p> </p> <p>3 Months had passed and the return payment has still not been made leaving a bitter taste in the mouth. My e-mails are not being responded to.</p> <p>Robert-thomson.com is putting the Interior Decor industry in a bad light and definitely not worthy of any clients that are reliant on punctual delivery or personal service.</p>
