R10 000 chair ordered, nothing to show for it at 3 weeks.

<p>Ordered a R10 000 Eames replica high back black leather office chair. After more than 2 weeks they sent me one without arm rests and a base with scratch marks on ... second hand!</p> <p>Another week passes, I call in the am, chat to one member of staff, promises to call back... nothing comes of it.</p> <p>Call at 1500... promises to call me back... no answer yet. Chances I get me chair, slim. Chances YOU will get what you order....
