Home Renovation Nightmare

Musa is the owner. He does work for mostly Insurance Company's on house / building claims. I met him through such an incident. Needed a company to do n big renovation on a house and thought he would be a good choice. What a big mistake. He kept on asking for money to pay the contractors that he used to finish the job. Needless to say that the contractors was the only people I saw at the job and that they just used and abused the material that I had to buy. He was mostly NOT on site to manage the project! Most of them are not qualified to do the job so they just made a total mess of everything they touched. The reno tuned into a nightmare when I had to move in and they were not finished inside the house. Now I have a lot of unfinished and half- ass jobs inside my house. They made such a big mess on the newly fitted tiles, while building the shower and bathroom basin stand and in the kitchen. The new tiles have awful stains on that I can not clean. The toilet was installed so close to the wall and the tiller tiled it right into the wall and tiles. Can't lift the lid or open and close the tap because its covered by tiles or cement. He does not answer his phone and neither come back to finish the project of paving the carport/ lapa/ laundry room that we have added on the outside. The paint work they did is a mess with untidy work with different colors. Lots of spillage and waisted material that I paid for myself. No cleaning was done. My yard still looks like a building site. My worst nightmare came true. He was paid in full because he had a crisis and asked if I would pay in advance..... Big mistake on my side. Never pay until the job is actually really done. The owner is a ****** and tells one that his word is his honor..... What a ****! I am very angry!
