Bad service at KH

I waa at Robert Sabukwe hospital earlier and the security guards were so rude. I wanted to go to the emergency room and they refused. They let everyone in except me. I have medical aid and had to go to mediclinic. This is not right. The doctor I wanted to see works at that hospital and the security guards refused to let me inside. I have never been treated this way.
