Terrible service for normal customers, Only Celebrities get good service

I am so disappointed by the service that Robert Johnson Home gives to average citizens. I went there on 12th February 2022 to buy Headboards totaling R10850. I paid R7000 deposit and they said I would get the statement showing balance and expected time of delivery. I have since tried to talk to them via whatsapp as it is their preferred mode of communication and asked them for a statement till today I have not gotten anything. They have not spoken to me since and they are not replying to me. I have also not yet received my Headboards and my money has not been returned. Their service is absolutely terrible, disgusting in fact considering they don't do this to celebrities, they served the likes of Khanyi Mbau and Boity Thulo, Proverb, Pasi just to name a few, who are very happy with their service but for mere citizens its a mission to even get replies from them, If you live in blue Valley golf estates, you will be the ideal customer for them, otherwise you are like nothing to them. I am so disappointed in them considering I was trying to support a local black owned business but clearly they don't want my support. I just want my deposit back!!!! So Frustrated
