CCTV report

This company told us we needed to take out several trees and redo the entire sewage line estimated at R30,000 or more. They also performed a CCTV on the pipes that we paid R2450 for and were told parts of the pipes had been collapsed due to roots. We asked to see the report several times and were ignored. We decided to investigate ourselves and dig up the pipes and found no collapsed areas. Unfortunately, we now lost two trees. We contacted the company again and asked for either the CCTV report or a refund for the CCTV procedure but were ignored again.
