Lack of payment for items purchased on gumtree

During August and September Robert purchased furniture from me on gumtree which was collected in port Elizabeth via courier and paid for. However the last two items purchased namely a French vitrine display cabinet and chest of drawers with inlay detail still have an amount of R8000 outstanding. The amount of R 5000 each was agreed upon and R2000 was deposited. Numerous promises of depositing the outstanding monies into my bank account have proved empty . I am desperate now. The date below is not exact. This took place in September.
