I have bought a VW Combi Cash from this Garage. 3 weeks and 800KM later the combi is smoking and leaking oil and a blown head gasket. So because I am a mechanic my self I stripped the engine to find that the Head gasket was silicone on and that some of the head bolts was loose. I also found that the no.3 piston had a 3rd of the compression than what the other cylinders had. So obviously there was a fault with this combi. <br> 1. Brian the guy who I delt with kept on saying that he was on his way to phone me but he actually never phoned me. He just keep on saying he will but never do. <br> 2. They made me pay for repairs that was supposed to be covered by the warranty. <br> 3. Brian told me that will come and deliver my combi back to me once they have received it back and now very conveniently Brian has left for the weekend and he refuses to answer his cell phone. <br> 4. They can't present me with a valid Road worthy certificate and they also can't provide me with a valid guarantee that this combi is fixed now. <br> This is the worst service that I have received from a car dealer ship in a very long time. You would think that because you paid cash for a car you would at least get better service.
