********** billing with arbitrary amounts not explained

I currently live in a complex where this company manages the units. They send bills that they refuse to clarify when clarity is requested

On my invoice is a line for electricity meter reading and the there one for the actual electricity, however there are not readings recorded to show what the consumption is and how it was arrived at. It is just an arbitrary amount posted that could have been thumb-sucked

I have sent several emails requesting information to explain the charges on my bill and these have been systematically ignored

I also asked for a breakdown list of the what the levy amount is inclusive of to no avail.

My inquiry about installing a prepaid electricity meter in my unit has also been ignored.

This company is running some kind of **** where they think they can just syphon money from the body corporate (unit occupants) who are owners.
