Reprehensible!

Reprehensible! Absolutely disgusted with service from Roy Roy Scottish Supplies. My family and I went through a lot of effort and extended funds outside of our budget to hire formal attire from Rob Roy Scottish Supplies for an event, drove 160km to get measured, which were done correctly and then drove 160km again to collect and couldn't even wear the attire, the shirt, waistcoat and shoes were too small, the kilt was yards too big, how does that even correlate? Lorraine even had the gall to claim that she had packed the garment bag a week ahead and considering that it was hanging in front of her is reprehensible! That means that she was staring at her mistake for a full week and never thought twice about taking my money and then sending the attire which she well knew was for a formal event the next day! (leaving no time to make other arrangements!) And it is a pitiful excuse to claim that it was wrong because she was not the one to take the measurements. They were written down! COMMON SENSE costs nothing!! It would have been no effort at all to simply check and see that what you were packing up was what a client was paying for!!
