Extremely poor service Rob Pollock Framing East London

I took an original certificate of a friend who completed her course in personal training for framing at Rob Pollock's East London. I took it there because of previous good service I received there.

The assistant at the framing section was not able to assist/ advise me on any ideas for framing. I used backgrounds and a frame I thought looked decent. I followed up after 2 days to check on the progress. The assistant informed me that she has not ordered the stock for my framing job yet. I went to collect the certificate to see if I can get better assistance elsewhere. I got the certificate and noticed the assistant STAPLED the job card on the upper left corner of the original certificate! I contacted the manager and informed him of the damage to the certificate and unprofessional staff member at the framing section. I took the certificate to CVD frames and Art Gallery. The assistant was friendly and advised me on the correct frame and background for the certificate and also informed me on how they will hide the damage to the certificate caused by the staff member at Rob Pollock's Framing.
