Rob Ferreira unfair treatment of patients.

Rob Ferreira Hospital is treating patients like non human being. My mother went to the hospital three days in succession without any help. The last day they told her, they can not locate the file. The treatment is appalling. Poor people do not get better treatment. It is realy ridiculous. What is the health department doing about this situation. ???? Honestly.
