ROB FERREIRA HOSPITAL IN MBOMBELA, NELSPRUIT

I went to Msogwaba clinic because I have a breast problem it's so painful, it's swollen , sore and it has a lump..they checked me at the clinic and referred me to Robs hospital in Nelspruit Mbombela by writing a letter which specifies my sickness and that I should go to the hospital, they also gave me medication for the pains. I went to Robs hospital on the 29/11/2018 when I got there I registered a file because it was my first time then I was directed to a particular department..when I got there(OPD) the nurse checked my file and my letter then she asked if I had an appointment and I said no, then she said I should be booked for appointment then she gave me the 27/12/2018 date which she wrote on my card. She did not explain what was the appointment for neither did she ask about my sickness. I don't know how the system works in this hospital because it was my first time going there but my problem is that they didn't bother to ask and check what was wrong with me or refer me to someone who was going to check me before booking me for that appointment. They didn't even give me any medication to use for time being. I have a swollen breast which is so painful and has a lump that is growing every day. I can't sleep at night because of the pains. I have to buy expensive strong tablets from the chemist so that I can be able to work or sleep because the normal pain tablets don't work for my pains. And also I overdose these tablets so that I would be dizzy and not feel the pain or to be able to sleep. I'm scared because I still don't know what's wrong with me and i can feel that this thing is spreading and im very afraid that it might be breast cancer. The pain is now spreading to my arm. I cannot overrule the procedures and the systems that they use in the hospital but I feel that more could have been done. I mean 27 December is almost 2019, what must I do for now. What if this thing gets worse while im waiting for that date, the worst could happen. I just want to ask the head of health department to overlook at this system, I don't think it's fair to SA citizen or anybody else for that matter..it is not fair to know that in order to get help faster you must have a relative or friend in this department. I don't have Money to go to expensive doctors ...what must I do....this pain is unbearable.
