Rob Ferreira hospital

Today is one of the worst experiences we had at the hospital. My daughter was there to pick up our files and medicine. She asked for the files at 6am and received them now at 11:30. This is totally unacceptable. Patients that came in long after her received their files within minutes. The staff at the back of the glass think they own the hospital with a bad attitude. One man was also waiting for his file from 6 am with both legs in casts and a wheelchair and only received his file now. I truely think that something must be done there and at a First come first serve priority. Some old people must wait for hours. Please give attention to this
