Disappointed

I was a burn patient of theirs from June till July, the degree of my burns is that i NEED to have a skin graft done, but instead i was told sometime before i got discharged that their machine is broken. You can imagine the level of pain im faced with. I can't do much because of the surgery needed and i can't even get a mere transfer. My life on a stand still
