Pay back the Money!!!!

We have ordered uniforms with the school last year and we relocated meaning our kidz had to change schools. We alerted the school and they promised a refund of the uniforms oredered. To date no refund has been received, when we contact them they keep promising to pay back the money but they keep ignoring our emails and calls. If they do respond they move the deafline of when they will pay.
