Uncouth service provider

My name is. Mahali Masiu. I have a complaint I'd like to bring of an uncouth service provider who has ****med more than 10 customers that I know of. He makes custom made furniture and he is based in midrand. He advertises on Facebook and Instagram. We all ordered and paid full amounts and some only paid deposits. Some orders were placed as early as March but we still don't have our orders. For the past two months we've been trying to contact him to get our refunds but he's proving very slippery. In all this time none of us have received any updates on progress of our our order or any communication from Roanza Maanda Mathandani. Any help would be appreciated on how to resolve this.
