Roanza doesn’t care a damn

It’s been 8 months trying to fix broken chairs made by Roanza. Calls don’t get answered. Text and email too. The poor service from Roanza is disturbing and disheartening.

The chairs ddnt last 3 months. I also remember how I struggled to even get them after having paid deposit. I had to beg them to complete their work. It’s clear the chairs where made in a rush and that’s why today they are sitting in the garage collecting dust.

Roanza gave me the worst “let’s support black business” experience. ??????
