PAY US BACK OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed my order of the 4th of July 2020 for a headboard and ottoman. I personally went to their showroom and I was told my order would be ready the week beginning 27 July 2020. I paid my 50% deposit the same day to confirm my order.

On the 28th of July after getting no communication whatsoever, I emailed them following up on my order. I got no reply so I opted to Whatsapp them on the 29th of July. They rep**** saying my order would be delivered before the end of the following week.

In the following week I Whatsapped them on the 8th of August and their response was that they were checking on my order and they would get back to me. No-one got back to me.

I Whatsapped them on the 13th again and they responded on the 14th saying they were running behind schedule and that they only said my order would be ready after 21 working days.

I was very upset because when they wanted my order they were keen to get me to pay and they promised me that my order would be ready by the last week of July not the 21 working days they were now insinuating. Furthermore they not once communicated any delays in my order.

On the 25th of August after all these pointless attempts to get answers from Roanza, I emailed them demanding a refund of my deposit. They acknowledged receipt of my request and they indicated that my refund would take 14 working days.

On Friday the 11th of September I sent another email as a follow up and reminder that the 14 working days would be ending on Monday the 14th of September and that I expected my refund by end of business that day. Roanza ignored and did not respond.

I sent yet another email on the 14th of September requesting proof of payment for my refund. I was told they were looking into it and they would get back to me. Needless to say they never did.

Today the 15th of September I sent another email which they have ignored. My husband sent a Whatsapp and they said they will get back to us. They still have not gotten back to us.

Roanza WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!!!!

Stop *********** people. You can ignore our emails all you want but the whole world will get to know that you a shaddy business and they should be careful when doing business with you.
