No couch, 4 months and counting! Worst service

I ordered a couch and paid 50% to confirm (they start the work then) in August 2020. There was no communication after my the deposit, that should i have been a red flag. I enquired about my order in Oct 2020 and i even delayed to follow up, to give them time. I was told they are still busy, despite them telling all customers that it takes 4 to 6 weeks for work to be done. I followed up in Nov 2020 i was advised my couch will be delivered 8th of Nov, the day came and went, not text, no call!!! i had cancelled all my plans, i was livid, still am. I sent Whatsapp messages everyday, i don't get a response, i call on the days mentioned they don't answer I received a text stating the deliver will be on the 25th Nov 2020, the day came and went, not text, no call!!! i had cancelled all my plans AGAIN!...This is the worst company/business i have dealt with, we are now in December 2020 and i still don't have couch... I WANT MY MONEY BACK
