Bartender Label Software painful to buy

I bought my self a label prining machine and set it up round the Bartender label software, downloaded from their site. It has a 30 day free use period. It works just fine and at the end of the 30 days i called a delightful lady at Roan.co.za, who seem to be the RSA agents for Bartender. I immediately paid for the software with instant clearance on payment and was then told i had to wait 7 to 14 days for the license. So where do i get my labels in the interim? I asked and was told “so sorry, nothing we can do”. Dont believe the 30 day free period. You have 14 days if you want continuity in your production.
