We have been dealing with this company for 15 years, started with Frikkie's dad. We took one of our company bakkies to do wheel alignment as the bakkie was pulling slightly left. They completely misconfigured the torsion bar. So bad that the two brand new tyres we fitted on the bakkie, completely ran scew and two brand new tyres are unusable. The bakkie then pulled left, took the bakkie back again, they set the bakkie on the ramp to check, and the one guy said that one tyre was 0.2 bar down. That will not make a difference. Drove off and then the bakkie pulled right, terribly. Took the bakkie back again, they put the bakkie on the lift, checked the suspension, all was correct, and said the tyres were the problem all of a sudden. Due to your company and *********** people working for you, and incompetence of your management, you have cost us 2 brand new tyres that are undrivable. You messed up the torsion bar. Frikkie Odendaal said to us this morning, "take your business somewhere elsewhere, I don't need it". So, FRIKKIE ODENDAAL, we did take our business elsewhere. We redid the wheel alignment and balancing, and we have the printouts to prove it. You messed up the torsion bar on the bakkie and did not do the wheel alignment correctly. YOU WILL GIVE US 2 BRAND NEW TYRES, AT NO COST. AS THIS WILL BE PUT ON FACEBOOK AS WELL. WE EXPECT THE NEW TYRES READY BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS, WEDNESDAY 6 APRIL 2022 AND WE WILL COME AND COLLECT IT, WE WILL ALSO COLLECT THE UNFORSEEN EXPENSES THAT WE HAD TO INCUR OF R450.00 IN CASH. And seeing that you don't need our business, we will make sure that you don't get any new business as you clearly don't need it. We received a quote for R5950.20 for two new YOKOHAMA 245/70R16 111H G015 A/T tyres, and this is what you will give us on Wednesday.
