We used Roadtrippers to book and plan a bespoke Zanzibar holiday in February 2025. Imaan was the travel agent assigned to me. Imaan was professional and gave good advice. She provided regular feedback and was always available to assist. She accomodated my requests which ensured the holiday included a personal touch.

The service I received was professional and with a good degree of care/compassion. Roadtrippers ensured we received personalized service and we did not feel like just a sale transaction.

Roadtrippers is experienced and this was seen with the advice. Pricing was competitive and at a good rate.

Imaan assisted with send boarding passes after office hours and checked in on us when we reached Zanzibar which we appreciated.

Any hiccups were handled professionally and addressed adequately.
