I generally make my travel bookings without the assistance of a travel agent anytime I travel. But a friend convinced me that we should use Roadtrippers, and its decision I do not regret. Everything was well organised from inception. The terms of reference where clear. The payment plan option was very beneficial. I like that a staffer of Roadtrippers met us at the airport on the day of departure to make sure that everyone in the group was onboard and answer any questions and worries we might have. We were received warmly the moment we arrived at our destination, and the following days were nothing short of amazing. The hospitality from the Blackstone beach resort staff was always wonderful, the rooms were clean, and food was delightful. The idea for the themed dinners is a hit. Honestly, this trip was made even more special by our tour guide Mr Friday and his team. The professionalism and their hospitality is impeccable. I felt like I had a personal bodyguard, lifeguard and photographers with Mr Friday’s team, Mohamed and Divine. Even though all the activities were great, the best part of the activities was the Safari blue, I can not recommend it enough. Just do this one if you can’t do anything else. All in all it was a good experience dealing with Roadtrippers and their agents in south Africa and in Zanzibar.
