Communication is good, I always use their whatsup and the agents are quick. A whatsup group for the trip is created a few weeks before the trip😁and we get emails for updates. The roadrippers travel agent we used Kevin is the best, he made the trip fun. He is always happy and very friendly, he even brought his own speaker for us to use in the bus💃🏻When we got to the airport he was ready to welcome us. Although we had transport challenges in Namibia, he made sure he sorted them out and made alternative plans for us. The driver in Namibia was the best he was flexible and went an extra mile for us.
