A Great First time.

Booking: I was helped by Dean with my bookings. his advice was much appreciated. and his patience well noted. I changed dates and Number of people on different occasions, and he still made it happen. Check up: On different occasions, i received mail from the company asking how it is going. This assured me if there were to be issues, home would know about it. Host: did i mention we were left behind for one of the excursions, that's how punctual Kevin is. he keeps time, he communicates, and he tries very hard to create a happy Mood, throughout the trip. if he is faking his care he really does a good job, as we felt well taken care off. Money Worth: the bus was comfortable, warm when it needed to be, and cool when it needed to be. No back aches from the seat. The food at OXbow were the type of warmth you want to come home to after a cold outdoor. All the heaters they own, were lit. and we appreciated that. Suggestion:1. headphones in the bus for a silent party effect. 2. offer a sim card and (portable router)for rent as an add on, that can be returned in Clarens on the way back.

Overall experience, definitely worth it. I would travel with Road trippers again.
