Unprofessional service, breaking my lock and not wearing a mask

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company as roadrunner.... Firstly your locksmith arrived to unlock my door without a mask which is breaking the law...secondly he damaged my lock and now im being told it was not him and that you will mot be replacing my lock...i do not have money to replace something i did not break.... He is supposed to be a professional.... I will he contacting department of health tomorrow
