Service Apauling

On Monday morning I called a roadrunner to open my car because of my battery was dead. Then proceeded to jump start my car (of his own accord). As I left I noticed my radio didn't work and my air bag light was on.. so I called immediately, they told me to come in. So after my meeting I did that but their technical guy couldn't help me and said I should come back in the morning. Which I did.. but as expected yet again he couldn't help as he was busy. So they asked for my number and said they would call me in the afternoon to come back so they could help fix the problem... They never called. So I called at 4:45 and they said they will call me the next morning to make an appointment, which they never did so again I called and they made an appointment to come out at 2pm to look at the problem and fix it. They never arrived, so at 2:45 I called to find out what was happening or if he was lost.. only to sound shocked but would call back immediately. Well at 3:15 they called to say it's not their fault and they not helping. So I called the manager who proceeded to shout at me for 15min telling me someone could have fiddled on my car.. they not fixing it take it to an auto electrician! !!!
