Poor workmanship

My car was broken into in November last year, I made use of Roadrunner to do the repairs to the ignition and alarm system that needed to be overridden. Now, with the car driven minimally, the steering is loose along with the indicators etc, the alarm is not working again and the cover panel beneath the steering wheel is cracked and loose. <br> <br> I have tried to contact them but to no avail.<br> <br> Extremely disappointed with these people.
