Bad Service

<p>We had a problem with the key card for our car, we called Roadrunner Locksmith as they have what is required to get into this car. The guy arrived without the tool and proceeded to use wire etc to open the car, he then ended up calling someone else to come. With the result the car window has been damaged, the key card was damaged and in the end it cost us R2741.00 . When I called this morning to speak to the owner I was fobbed off on a lady who really didnt care. I just feel someone needs to take responsibilty for this.</p>
