Roadhogz unprofessional

This place is a joke, I have spoken to Calvin and we messaged back and forth to confirm that the parts I'm ordering is the correct parts after all of the messages and photos the parts still got ordered incorrectly , I was given a quote to pay and that is what I did , when I went to collect the parts ,. I not even them realized that the parts are not correct , so I asked them and the only answer I got is sorry the supplier got it wrong , but if you check halo Peter you'll see that this is not the first time he made the exact same mistake , are you guys hiring , qualified quality sales reps or whoever you can pay the least amount.

I am seriously unhappy about the quality of service ,and I hope the specific sales rep gets reprimanded. They did not attempt to fix anything or to subsidize the amount by half or anything at all. When I told then this specific sales rep that I will be reporting this ,he was very quick to jump on the phone and call me and try to intimidate me to no avail. Please do not support this shop you will regret your purchase..
