Roadcover

They take your money monthly but you have never received any documents ie policy regarding the debit order being deducted from your account. I thought that the roadcover was with Wesbank where my finance was. I no longer have that vehicle and tried canceliing debit order. Bank gave me details for Nedbank. Contacted 6 people there, no one knew anything about this. Then 1 person gave me Roadcover email address. Spoke to lady & asked why we have never received any communication. No response. She wanted to listen to voice details going back 10 years ago. I just told her cancel this and your will never hear from me again. How many other people are being debited with R33-00 p.m. with no info
