road cover is *****

i have send an email to road cover in September to cancel the policy a lady called me and advise that debit will go off because i have cancelled 3 days before the debit order goes off , after our conversation i received an email saying policy was cancelled . in October they still deducted the money , when call for refund they ask me to send the email of cancellation that i received , after sending email no one rep**** i am still waiting for refund even today , i called in for follow up again the person doesn't even understand she kept on saying i should send an email .
