Bad service and unprofessional behavior from Road and Race (part of the Moto Village group of Companies)

Avoid this company. I had a vehicle advertised for sale as I am emigrating, and was approached by Marc from Road and Race to view the vehicle. Whilst at my premises he indicated that Road and Race wanted to purchase two vehicles from me. They made me an offer on both vehicles a few days later which I accepted. Paper work was completed for the sale of both vehicles on the 11th October 2021. I notified three other prospective buyers that I had sold the vehicles and that they are no longer available. Road and Race eventually paid me for one vehicle on the 15th October 21. I was then told that they would pay me for the second vehicle as soon as the payment cleared from one of their customers who at the time was interested in purchasing it. I then heard nothing further from them as to when I would be paid and when they would collect the second vehicle.

I followed up with them on 5 occasions (25 Oct, 8, 9, 12 and 16 Nov) and all they could say is that they will get back to me. To date there is total silence on their part. I find their behavior totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Avoid dealing with this Company.
