Refusal to Refund

I cancelled my membership in June 2018 and received a reference number, acknowledging the cancellation, yet they continued deducting the membership fee for another 2 years and I cannot get them to refund me. Every time I call, they simply give me a new reference number. None of the supervisors or managers are available to take my calls and never answer e-mails. **************** and the WORST lack of customer service I have ever experienced!
